But please take necessary precautions—lock your doors at night, don't leave personal belongings in your unlocked rental car and don't give rides to pedestrians. The Police station is in the capital, The Valley. Also, the hospital, Princess Alexandra Hospital. There is only one hospital in Anguilla, however, there are many private doctors, including Hughes Medical Center located in West End.
