Tajik National Park is a national park and nature reserve in eastern Tajikistan. It was established in 1992 and expanded in 2001 to include parts of the Pamir Mountains, the third-highest mountain system in the world. The park covers 26,116.74 square kilometres (10,083.73 sq mi) or a little over 18 percent of Tajikistan's total area.

Sarazm is a town and also a jamoat in the city of Panjakent in Sughd Region, north-western Tajikistan. It dates back to the 4th millennium BC, with C14 dates ranging from 3900 to 2100 BC, and was named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The jamoat is part of and has a total population of 27,877 (2015). It consists of 21 villages, including Chimqal'a, Abdusamad, Bostondeh, Kamar, Kamar-Tash and Sohibnazar.

Tigrovaya Balka Nature Reserve is a nature reserve in Tajikistan located at the confluence of the Vakhsh and Panj Rivers forming the Amu Darya River. It stretches over 40 km (25 mi) from the south-west to the north-east with an area of 460 km2 (180 sq mi).

Silk Roads: Zarafshan-Karakum Corridor is a UNESCO World Heritage Site which covers the Zarafshan-Karakum portion of the ancient Silk Road and historical sites along the route. On September 17, 2023, UNESCO designated a 886 km stretch of the Silk Road network in Central Asia as a World Heritage site. The corridor spans Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, and includes 31 sites.
